At Fundación Mi Ciudad Con Vida, we’re taking a big step: we are implementing sociocracy to improve decision-making and strengthen our community.
Our team is already applying this methodology, and our director, Nury Buendía, earned her international certification in this model with the support of The Sociocracy Group. We’re integrating it into our processes to keep growing and adapting to the challenges of today’s world.
Sociocracy is based on collaboration, team decision-making, and equity in participation. It helps us organize better, strengthen leadership, and create a more positive impact in our communities.
