We’ve begun using forms to rebuild our collective memory

As the next step in rebuilding the Foundation’s Collective Memory, we’ve begun distributing virtual forms to various members of our organization, including staff, volunteers, partner institutions, alumni, and beneficiary families.

These forms will help us gather the voices of everyone who has been part of our Foundation throughout these 25 years of history.

Most of the surveys are being conducted virtually, but with our families, we’ve gone a step further: we’re visiting their homes to learn firsthand about their experiences and memories.

Let’s remember that this Collective Memory Reconstruction is a key part of our Strategic Planning process, because to envision our future, we must first understand and value our past. And by applying sociocracy, we ensure that all voices are taken into account to strengthen our identity and collectively build the path we want to follow.
