Strengthening Community Leadership

Over the next three months, mothers participating in the Leadership Program at our Soledad location will take on roles at the Community Dining Center, supporting areas such as food preparation, logistics, and assisting with the care and accompaniment of the children.

This practical stage follows several months of training that began in August of last year, during which participants strengthened their skills in leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, healthy eating, socio-emotional development, and essential life skills.

This process is part of the Foundation’s operational transition plan, which seeks to progressively empower the community to take a leading role at the location, strengthening its autonomy and contributing to the long-term sustainability of our projects.
