We held a meeting with our Community Leadership Group, where we analyzed teamwork and reflected on the Foundation’s impact in our communities.

Through a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), we identified together what we’ve achieved, the challenges we face, and how we can continue improving.

In a space for dialogue and consensus, each voice contributed their vision to keep transforming our organization and the Community Leadership project.
