Learning to Make Healthy Decisions with the Nutritional Traffic Light

This week, the children in the dining hall participated in a fun and educational activity called the Nutritional Traffic Light. During the session, they learned to identify healthy foods (green), those that should be consumed in moderation (yellow), and those that should be avoided or consumed only occasionally (red). Through games and activities, the children reinforced their understanding of the importance of a balanced diet while enjoying classifying the foods they eat daily. This activity aims to encourage healthy habits from an early age and promote better nutrition.
