Fundación Mi Ciudad con Vida conducted a comprehensive educational day with children and young people from its different groups and programs, addressing topics related to nutrition, inclusion, positive coexistence, and social skills development.

Throughout the day, participants took part in nutrition education activities focused on promoting healthy habits and overall well-being. Inclusion was also strengthened through a fruit-learning activity conducted in sign language, creating new opportunities for communication and meaningful learning.

Across the different programs, participants also explored emotional awareness, positive coexistence, and social skills development, gaining tools to strengthen interpersonal relationships and promote environments based on respect and healthy interactions.

Meanwhile, our youth groups welcomed young leaders from Profamilia, who shared their experiences and knowledge, contributing to the participants’ leadership development and holistic growth.

Through these initiatives, Fundación Mi Ciudad con Vida continues to create meaningful spaces that contribute to the development, well-being, and comprehensive growth of children and young people.

At our Lipaya location, we continue strengthening our Colombian Sign Language (LSC) learning initiatives as a tool for promoting inclusion, empathy, and more accessible communication for everyone. Through dynamic and participatory activities, our children and young people continue acquiring new knowledge that fosters positive coexistence and respect for diversity.

This time, the session focused on learning the days of the week in Colombian Sign Language, allowing participants to become familiar with new signs and expand their communication skills in a more inclusive way. This experience reflects our ongoing commitment to creating spaces where diversity is recognized, respected, and valued.

We begin a new year of activities at our Lipaya location, renewing our commitment to supporting the holistic development of our children, adolescents, and young people. This new cycle represents an opportunity to continue fostering spaces for learning, participation, and growth.
