Today, the closure of the projects took place through the grand celebration “Uniting Hearts at Christmas”. Our boys and girls from Barranquilla and Soledad surprised relatives and the attending audience with beautiful presentations of singing, dancing, theater, and art, all based on the values and skills developed in the projects, creating a space of love, companionship, reflection, and family unity. During this event, we had the support of Noticias Caracol and Pepeganga, who also provided moments of great joy.
Preparation of cultural display
With much joy, excitement, and enthusiasm, our children from the Children’s Guardians group are preparing a beautiful presentation as a cultural showcase of the Colombian Caribbean. This type of activity promotes cultural appreciation and love for their roots, which will undoubtedly be a great performance at our closing celebration.
The community leaders continue with the training workshops
The group of young people from the Community Leaders project continues with the training workshops as the basis of a social transformation process, acquiring skills that allow them to have conceptual foundations for the construction of community proposals.
Fire safety training
This week, the fire safety course took place, with the support of the Colombian Civil Defense personnel. This activity is part of the risk management system in the area of occupational health and safety, aimed at training or instructing staff and our group of youth leaders in emergency and fire management. With these actions, we aim to prevent any risky situation, providing safety to all our beneficiaries.

During this session, children and young people reinforced the importance of a balanced diet through recreational activities such as word puzzles and “find the phrase”, allowing them to learn healthy habits in an easy and enjoyable way.
Women’s Empowerment Workshop
Today, the workshop “Empowering towards female success” took place with a group of mothers from the Lipaya headquarters, supported by Laura Barros Vega, a mentor for personal success, and Labomag. This type of activity allows promoting or strengthening in the mothers of our beneficiaries full participation in decision-making, self-confidence, and positive transformation.
Community Leaders visit the Mayor’s Office of Barranquilla
Youth from the Community Leaders project visited the Mayor’s Office of Barranquilla and its main departments with the aim of learning about the various programs that benefit the community and the procedures to access these services.
A message to the world
“Peace, love, reconciliation, and family unity” is the message that the children from the Environmental Guardians project wish to convey to the world through the musical they are preparing for our end-of-year closing ceremony and project culmination.
The year-end rehearsals begin
We are getting ready for Christmas and the end of the year! This weekend, our boys, girls, and young people had fun making crafts with recyclable materials, Christmas decorations for the home, and for the Christmas tree. In addition, we practiced some performances that we are preparing for our community. This will be a good end to the year.
Celebration of the Little Angels Day
A beautiful day filled with magic, joy, and fun was experienced by our boys, girls, and teenagers from the Lipaya headquarters during the celebration of the Day of the Little Angels. They had the opportunity to enjoy activities such as face painting, a bubble show, balloon twisting, and much more. In addition to sharing a moment of recreation and much happiness, they were able to reinforce their social skills.
