The beneficiaries of the Soledad headquarters carried out an awareness-raising activity on the care of water and the importance that this natural resource has for life, generating ideas to take care of water sources from home, using a symbolism of droplets that represented each of the contributions
Building more equitable communities
This week at the Soledad headquarters, positive male models were promoted in children, capable of expressing their emotions and feelings, showing everyday actions about the role of men in the family and society through phrases and using representative elements.
Discovering opportunities
During a workday at the Fundación Mi Ciudad con Vida, activities focused on developing life skills such as teamwork, tolerance, respect, and communication were carried out through play and art. In addition, different strategies were used to identify the different needs to work on for the group and individual improvement of the beneficiaries.
Break the silence
With different artistic activities, our beneficiaries expressed myths and realities about the role of women in our society. Through cooperative work, boys and girls highlighted female figures in their homes, community, and society in general. Likewise, different contexts of risks regarding gender violence were analyzed.
Commemoration of International Women’s Day
In commemoration of International Women’s Day, we held a fun and interactive activity to promote women’s rights. Through games, children were able to highlight the strengths of the girls in their group and recognize the importance of women in different social contexts. With initiatives like this, we aim to build a more equitable and inclusive society for all.

This week we have started our meal service sessions. We welcomed our children with a delicious menu and offered them various recreational and nutritional activities that helped them to strengthen their good eating habits.
Socialization of 2023 projects in Soledad
This 2023, we have started with the socialization of the projects that we will be developing with our beneficiaries and their families throughout the year in Soledad. During the participatory activity, attendees were able to provide valuable contributions and suggestions, as well as commit to staying active in the process. It was an enriching moment for everyone involved.
GREAT PARENTS MEETING
We enjoyed a fun and engaging day with the parents of our beneficiaries, where we shared project guidelines, exchanged experiences, and established commitments for 2023. It was an unforgettable morning for everyone involved.
Committed parents to education.
This week, educational coordination processes were advanced with parents of beneficiaries of Inclusion and Higher Education programs for the signing of commitment statements and to inform them of schedules for tracking and guidance processes.

This week we developed a planning and welcome day by our director to the work team of the Foundation, in which we shared the results of educational articulation of the first cut of 2023, projection of our programs and projects; training and updating for all staff.
