Our Welcome and Trust Circle is a meaningful part of the Foundation’s sociocratic methodology.

This first gathering with our children provides an opportunity to welcome them through active listening, respect, and recognition of their emotions, while strengthening relationships and jointly creating a safe space where every voice matters.
