In this way, the goal is to promote their emotional well-being and provide them with tools to manage their emotions in a positive way.

For this reason, our entrepreneurial families attended a consultancy session focused on accounting records, financial movements, and basic financial statements. Dr. Rosa Gómez, an expert with over 20 years of experience in business consulting, provided her valuable guidance to help entrepreneurs optimize their profits and manage their businesses effectively.

This Saturday, the young members of the Community Leadership group participated in a special activity to commemorate World Sexual Health Day. The event included a talk with a sexuality expert, who answered questions and clarified doubts about self-esteem, self-image, sexual and reproductive rights, decision-making, and life planning. The participants had the opportunity to engage in open dialogue and learn more about these important topics, strengthening their understanding and skills for a healthy future.

The participants of the “Productive and Inclusive Families” project attended the Sabor Barranquilla Forum with the aim of acquiring essential skills for the development and growth of their businesses. This project, focused on strengthening the capabilities of entrepreneurial families, provides key tools to boost their ventures. The visit to the forum represents an important step in the participants’ comprehensive training, preparing them to face market challenges with greater confidence and knowledge.

This week, the Foundation, in collaboration with the Personería of Barranquilla, held a training session on human rights and care pathways. The event provided participants with key information on rights protection and available resources for addressing cases of violation. This initiative strengthens the commitment of both institutions to the defense and promotion of rights in the community.

This Saturday, the youth leaders of the Fundación Mi Ciudad Con Vida held a recreational event for the elderly in the community. During the event, participants enjoyed board games, a lively dance session, and a healthy snack. The activity aimed to promote integration and well-being among the elderly, strengthening intergenerational bonds. Attendees expressed their gratitude for this initiative, highlighting the effort and dedication of the young people.

Adolescents and young people from the foundation actively participated in the Tajamares Run, supporting educational actions on environmental care and leadership. The race, held in a natural environment, not only promoted physical activity but also environmental awareness among the attendees.
