As part of the “Educating for a Healthy Life” project, an activity was carried out to strengthen the socio-emotional skills and positive interpersonal practices of the children at the Foundation.

The session focused on promoting the recognition and appropriate expression of emotions, as well as developing skills related to empathy, respect, assertive communication, and the peaceful resolution of everyday situations.

Through participatory and educational strategies, spaces for learning and reflection were created, encouraging positive interaction among participants and strengthening relationships based on respect and healthy coexistence.

This initiative contributes to the holistic development of children by providing them with socio-emotional tools that support their well-being and promote the creation of safe, protective, and violence-free environments.

As part of our ongoing initiatives, we conducted a series of home visits aimed at strengthening comprehensive support for our beneficiaries and gaining a closer understanding of their family dynamics, needs, and individual contexts.

These visits provide an opportunity to offer guidance, strengthen relationships, and promote actions that contribute to the well-being and development of families. They also reaffirm the Foundation’s commitment to community engagement and to fostering safe, supportive, and healthy environments.

During the session held at the Foundation, learning spaces were created to promote awareness of healthy eating and the importance of understanding the nutrients found in different foods. Through explanations and visual resources, participants explored food groups and their contribution to overall well-being, strengthening knowledge that supports the adoption of healthy habits.

The activity also provided an opportunity to share experiences and reflections with the Foundation’s team, highlighting the importance of giving children the tools they need from an early age to understand the value of a balanced diet.

In this way, we continue strengthening educational initiatives focused on health care and the holistic development of our community.

Successfully Concluding the Community Leadership School Program

We successfully concluded the Community Leadership School program. During the closing ceremony, participating mothers received their certificates, shared a healthy dinner, and were recognized for their commitment, dedication, and active participation throughout the program.

We extend our sincere gratitude to each participant for believing in the power of education, leadership, and community engagement to continue creating meaningful and lasting change.
